Class of 2026 CB, childhood Miami fan, commits to Hurricanes over top offers
Class of 2026 cornerback Ksani Jiles announced Monday that he has committed to Miami to continue his football career. Jiles currently attends IMG Academy and will be entering his sophomore season this fall.
But the fact that Jiles played at IMG Academy as a freshman — and performed well, mind you — means he is bound to be a top talent in the Class after this season. Originally from Inglewood, California, Jiles is one of several west coast prospects that has been keeping a close eye on Miami.
It doesn’t hurt that the 5-11, 172 pound CB grew up a Canes fan, not to mention he has a lot of former teammates slated to join Miami in the coming years.
“I got a lot of big brothers at Miami,” Jiles said, via Rivals. “They have been in my ear talking about how good the school is and everything. I am blessed to be able to go there soon.”

Some top programs in the country were interested in earning a commitment from Jiles, too. LSU, Colorado, Oregon, USC, Ole Miss, Utah and Mizzou are just a few.
The remainder of his high school football career will be an interesting watch for Miami football fans.
