Deflection! Miami scores wild touchdown vs. Florida State to pull within 1 score

Trailing 20-7, Miami was facing third and goal in the red zone. Tyler Van Dyke looked to his left and fired a pass into the end zone.

That score brings Miami within six points of Florida State. The Hurricanes had a nightmare start to this g

ame, turning it over 3 times in the first quarter.

Florida State jumped out to a 17-0 lead thanks to those mistakes, but the Seminoles haven’t been able to further capitalize on their opportunities.

Miami is looking for its fifth consecutive win over Florida State. The Hurricanes are also trying to stay alive in the race for the ACC Coastal.
