Miami is a heavy favorite this week at home against Middle Tennessee.

ESPN’s Football Power Index is projecting a big win for the Hurricanes. FPI is giving Miami a 94.4% chance to get back in the win column this weekend.

The Hurricanes are coming off their first loss of the season in Week 3 to Texas A&M. Miami’s offense was able to move the ball on the Aggies, but failed to score a touchdown in the 17-9 loss.

This game will be an important step for Miami’s receiving corps. The Canes are looking for players to step up at receiver after Xavier Restrepo (foot) and Jacolby George (thumb) went out with injuries in the last week.

Despite the offensive struggles, Miami’s defense continues to play well. The Canes are allowing just 5.3 yards per play and only 12.3 points per game.

Middle Tennessee enters this game with a 2-1 record. The Blue Raiders do have an impressive with this season over Colorado State back in Week 2. Their loss came on the road at James Madison in Week 1.

Kickoff is at 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday.
