Jim Larranaga delivers incredible response about the Uber Eats basketball interruption

Jim Larranaga is usually the kind of coach to share candid comments about a wide range of subjects. The Miami coach certainly delivered an incredible line with the story of the week, the Uber Eats delivery person

who interrupted the Loyola Chicago-Duquesne game on Wednesday night.

With the teams battling it out on one end of the court, someone delivering an Uber Eats order walked right on the corner of the court. Play was halted to resolve the situation while the announcers did an incredible job calling the situation throughout.

Since the incident happen, there were questions about it being a publicity stunt

because the person wore a mic.

Asked what he would do if a game he coached in was interrupted, Larranaga said, “I love McDonald’s. I’d probably just grab the sandwich bag and eat it on the sideline.”
