This is a massive pickup for Miami. Bain, who attends Miami Central High School, is one of the top linemen in the country. He’s ranked as the No. 70 overall player and the No. 9 EDGE in the nation, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
He’s listed at 6-foot-2, 250 pounds. He could make an immediate impact on Miami’s defensive front in 2023.
His commitment continues a dominant first recruiting cycle for Mario Cristobal. Miami now has the No. 6-ranked recruiting class in the country, per 247Sports Composite rankings. The only other ACC program in the top 10 is No. 9 Clemson.
