In 2022, Haye Jr. only appeared in 1 game. He made his season debut against Florida State on Nov. 5 and recorded 1 tackle. That was his only game played this season. As a true freshman in 2021, Haye played in 1 game against Central Connecticut State. He was a member of Miami’s practice squad in 2021.

When he joined Miami, he stayed in South Florida for college. Haye was a 3-star recruit in 2021 and was the No. 117 ranked recruit in Florida, according to 247Sports. He chose Miami over Duke, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisville, and NC State.

Miami will look to become bowl eligible against Pittsburgh on Saturday at 8 p.m. ET.
