Miami earns commitment from 4-star offensive lineman Antonio Tripp Jr.
Miami picked up a major commitment from 2023 4-star offensive lineman Antonio Tripp Jr. on Tuesday afternoon.
Tripp made this announcement after watching Miami’s first spring practice of the year on Monday. Here’s his announcement:

Tripp is the No. 328 overall player in the class of 2023, according to 247Sports Composite rankings. He’s also ranked as the No. 19 interior offensive lineman and the No. 7 player from the state of Maryland.
He chose Miami over offers from programs like Penn State, Michigan, Kentucky, South Carolina and more. He previously made several unofficial visits to Happy Valley, according to his 247Sports profile.
Tripp is listed at 6-foot-3, 300 pounds. He attends McDonogh School in Owings Mills, Maryland.
He becomes the third commitment for Miami in the class of 2023. He joins a pair of 3-star receivers in Andy Jean and Lamar Seymore. The class ranks No. 24 nationally and No. 4 in the ACC, according to 247Sports Composite rankings.
Tripp is also the first commitment for new offensive line coach Alex Mirabal.
