3-star offensive lineman Tommy Kinsler has finalized his commitment date.

The Miami target will announce his decision on Thursday evening, during his mother’s birthday dinner. He did not announce any other details.

Kinsler is currently ranked as the No. 67 interior offensive lineman in the country, per 247Sports Composite rankings.

However, that recruiting ranking could rise in the coming months before the end of the 2023 cycle. Kinsler is a former Florida commit who has also received interest from programs like Florida State, West Virginia, Mississippi State and Tennessee.

Kinsler visited Miami earlier this summer and then subsequently decommitted from Florida.

If Miami does earn Kinsler’s commitment, it would give the Canes 16 prospects in the class of 2023. It would also bring Miami within less than a point of passing Penn State and Clemson in the national rankings. Miami is up to No. 7 nationally, per 247Sports Composite rankings.

He attends Trinity Catholic High School in Ocala, Florida. Kinsler is listed at an impressive 6-foot-6, 330 pounds.
