Many of the N.C. State players who were not drafted in the 2023 NFL Draft are getting a shot at playing football at the professional level. Seven Wolfpack standouts were announced as UDFAs on Saturday.

Here are the all the former N.C. State players that were signed:

  • DB Tyler Baker-Williams, Los Angeles Chargers
  • LB Isaiah Moore, Kansas City Chiefs
  • K Christopher Dunn, L.A. Rams
  • WR Thayer Thomas, Minnesota Vikings
  • LB Drake Thomas, Las Vegas Raiders
  • DB Derrek Pitts Jr., Tampa Bay Buccaneers
  • DB Tanner Ingle, L.A. Rams

Derrek Pitts Jr. balled out as a graduate transfer this past season in Raleigh. Pitts recorded 43 total tackles, 2 interceptions, and 6 pass deflections. Isaiah Moore had a solid year as well with 82 total tackles, 15 tackles for loss, and 3 sacks.

Another name to watch will be 2022 Lou Groza winner Christopher Dunn. Dunn made all of his extra point attempts and missed one field goal last season. LB Drake Thomas led N.C. State in total tackles with 101.

The Wolfpack have produced great talents like DE Bradley Chubb and OT Ikem Okwonu as of late. Chubb now plays for the Miami Dolphins, while Okwonu is currently on the Carolina Panthers.
