ESPN broadcast hilariously misspells NC State legend Torry Holt's name
ESPN is going to want this one back.
The World Wide Leader made an embarrassing typo on a NC State graphic on Saturday afternoon. While trying to recognize some of the best receivers in Wolfpack history, they acknowledged “Terry Holt” as NC State’s all-time leader in receiving TDs.

Of course, that should be Torry Holt, who went on to have a sensational NFL career. He’s also a member of the College Football Hall of Fame.
Holt finished his NC State career with 191 catches for 3,379 yards and those 31 touchdowns. The majority of that production came during his final 2 seasons in Raleigh.
NC State’s Thayer Thomas recorded his 21st touchdown of his career on Saturday afternoon to put the Wolfpack on the board. He’s now only 10 back of Holt’s all-time school record.
NC State was a 12-point favorite over East Carolina despite playing the game on the road.
