Germaine Pratt, former NC State linebacker, apologizes for outburst following AFC Championship loss
Germaine Pratt apologized for his outburst directed towards fellow Bengal Joseph Ossai following his late unnecessary roughness penalty at the end of Sunday’s AFC Championship game.
The Chiefs were able to attempt a 45-yard game-winning field goal because of Ossai’s late hit, which Kansas City kicker Harrison Butker split down the uprights. Following the game, an emotional Pratt was seen screaming entering the locker room.
That video can be found below. The clip contains strong language.

As far as apologies go, that was a strong one. The Bengals fell just short of the ultimate prize once again, but with a talented young group of players they will be right in the race in the future.
