NC State has picked up a specialist for its 2023 recruiting class.
Owen Fehr, a kicker/punter, from Huntersville, North Carolina announced his commitment to the Wolfpack on Sunday.
Fehr’s commitment comes a week after he received a scholarship offer from NC State.
Fehr is not profiled on the major recruiting services. Ethan McDowell of On3’s The Wolfpacker notes that Fehr was first-team all-state at Hough High.
