5-star forward GG Jackson is predicting North Carolina will upset Duke in the Final Four on Saturday night — and ultimately win the National Championship.
Jackson made that prediction in an interview with On3’s Joe Tipton. Jackson is expected to make his college decision soon, and the Tar Heels are one of his finalists.
Jackson is the No. 8 overall player and the No. 3 power forward in the class of 2023, according to 247Sports Composite rankings. He’s also the No. 1 player from the state of South Carolina.
North Carolina is already off to a great start in its 2023 recruiting class. The Tar Heels have a commitment from 5-star guard Simeon Wilcher, who is the No. 13 overall player in the country per 247Sports Composite rankings
