Armando Bacot is apparently using his offseason to begin an acting career.

On Wednesday morning, Bacot posted photos of himself on the set of Outer Banks — a popular Netflix show that’s currently filming for season 3.

According to 247Sports’ Ross Martin, Bacot will have a guest starring role in the series. Bacot told 247Sports that he appears in the show as a character named “Mando.”

Here’s Netflix’s description for the show: “A teenager enlists his three best friends to hunt for a legendary treasure linked to his father’s disappearance.”

Outer Banks is set in a fictional town off the coast of North Carolina. The show is mostly filmed in Charleston, South Carolina.

Co-creators Josh Pate and Jonas Pate are originally from Raeford, North Carolina. Josh is a UNC alum, too.

In any case, this is an awesome opportunity for Bacot to perform on another big stage. Season 3 of Outer Banks is expected to be released in late 2022.
