Davion Gause, 4-star RB out of Florida for 2024, reveals ACC commitment

Davion Grause is one of the top running back prospects for the class of 2024. On Monday, he officially set his commitment decision.

A 4-star prospect out of Chaminade-Madonna Prep in Hollywood, Florida, Gause announced his commitment to North Carolina to begin his college career. Gause held a number of Power 5 offers at the time of his pledge, including Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Louisville, Michigan, Miami, Ohio State and others.

According to the 247 Sports Composite Rankings, Gause is a 4-star prospect and the No. 20 RB in the country. Gause also rates as the 255th recruit in the country and No. 40 player out of Florida for the cycle.

Listed at 5-foot-11 and 215 pounds, Gause has the prototypical size to play RB at the next level. Here’s a glimpse at what he can do on the field via Gause’s Hudl highlights:
