North Carolina quarterback Drake Maye continues to impress early on in his collegiate career.

Starting his second-straight road game without top receiver Josh Downs, Maye found tight end Kamari Morales for a big play on UNC’s first drive of the game vs. Georgia State.

Facing 3rd and long, Maye put the ball into a tight window for Morales. The tight end not only picked up the first down — he made two defenders miss and took it to the house.

Here’s the play:

Maye is up to 10 passing touchdowns without an interception to start his collegiate career. He threw for 4 touchdowns and rushed for another in North Carolina’s 63-61 victory over App State in Week 1.

Maye is doing this without either of UNC’s top receiving threats. In addition to Downs being out with an injury, North Carolina also doesn’t have Antoine Green. Green is out with a collarbone injury he suffered during fall camp.

UNC is 2-0 on the season.
