North Carolina is looking to remain undefeated against the spread as an underdog on Saturday in the ACC Championship.

This season, North Carolina is 3-0 against the spread as a betting underdog. North Carolina enters the ACC Championship as 7.5-point underdogs to Clemson.

 

In Week 13, North Carolina dropped a 30-27 heartbreaker in overtime to NC State. The loss gave North Carolina 9-3 record and the Tar Heels ended the regular season on a 2-game losing streak. For North Carolina, the loss to NC State extended its losing streak to the Wolfpack to 2 games.

North Carolina quarterback Drake Maye passed for 233 yards, 1 touchdown, and 1 interception in the loss to NC State. Maye had 1 rushing touchdown and 32 rushing yards.

For Clemson, the program’s College Football Playoff hopes were erased with a 1-point loss at home to South Carolina. Since Clemson and North Carolina are out of the Playoff race, the winner will have an automatic bid in the Orange Bowl.
