North Carolina announces representatives for ACC media day
North Carolina will be sending 3 players along with coach Hubert Davis to the ACC Tip Off later this month.
Armando Bacot, Caleb Love and RJ Davis will be at the event. UNC is the only men’s program to send 3 players to the ACC Tip Off this year. Every other program is sending just 2 players along with its head coach.

Bacot, Love and Davis were all key players on last year’s North Carolina team, which reached the National Championship Game.
Leaky Black, another starter on that team, is also back this season. Brady Manek is out of eligibility and is now playing professionally overseas.
North Carolina is entering this season with big expectations. Returning 4 starters from last year’s team gives the Tar Heels a chance to make another run at the National Championship.
The men’s ACC Tip Off is on Oct. 12 with the women’s event happening on Oct. 11.
North Carolina opens its season vs. UNCW on Nov. 7.
