North Carolina dominates crunch time in win over Louisville
North Carolina edged out Louisville 70-63 on Monday night in Chapel Hill.
The Cardinals fought hard, but UNC was able to pull away down the stretch. North Carolina out-scored Louisville 10-3 over the final six minutes of the game. The Cardinals made just one of their final nine field goal attempts.
Brady Manek led the way with 17 points, 3 rebounds and 2 assists. His final assist of the game delivered the game-sealing bucket for North Carolina:

North Carolina coach Hubert Davis leaned on his starting lineup in this game. The Tar Heels got 2 points and 20 total minutes from three bench players.
Armando Bacot put up 12 points and 15 rebounds, securing another double-double. Caleb Love and RJ Davis both added 16 points each.
This is a big win for North Carolina and its second straight victory since falling to Pitt last week. The Tar Heels are still on the bubble, but a strong end to the regular season should help secure their spot in the field of 64.
North Carolina faces NC State on Saturday.
