4-star receiver Jeremiah McClellan will make his way to South Bend later this month, according to a report.

247Sports’ Tom Loy is reporting that McClellan will take an unofficial visit to Notre Dame on Oct. 15 when the Irish are set to face Stanford.

McClellan, a 2024 prospect, is from St. Louis. He’s high school teammates with 2023 Notre Dame running back target Jeremiyah Love. Love is currently projected to pick Notre Dame, per 247Sports Crystal Ball predictions.

This is a major visit for Notre Dame as McClellan is becoming an elite wide receiver prospect. He’s the No. 204 overall player in the class of 2024, according to 247Sports Composite rankings.

He’s listed at 6-foot-1, 185 pounds and attends Christian Brothers College High School in St. Louis.

Notre Dame offered McClellan a scholarship back in March. Since then, he’s picked up offers from programs like Michigan, Ohio State and Texas A&M.

Notre Dame already has 6 commitments in the class of 2024, including 4-star receiver Cam Williams. The group ranks No. 1 nationally, according to 247Sports Composite rankings.

There is no timetable for his commitment.
