Vegas seems to be backing Notre Dame this weekend at home against Marshall.

The Fighting Irish opened as 18-point favorites this weekend, but that line has grown to 20.5-points as of Friday afternoon. The consensus total for this game is set at 50, as of Friday afternoon.

That line is courtesy of DraftKings:

Notre Dame’s pace offensively should be much quicker this week vs. the Thundering Herd. The Irish went with a run-heavy approach vs. Ohio State last weekend in an effort to limit the Buckeyes’ offensive attempts.

This will be the first home game for coach Marcus Freeman and quarterback Tyler Buchner in their current roles.

Marshall is coming off a 55-3 win over Norfolk State in its season-opener last weekend. The Thunder Herd are led by former Texas Tech quarterback Henry Colombi. Marshall’s offense also features a pair of running backs who rushed for over 100 yards each in Week 1.

Kickoff is at 2:30 p.m. ET on Saturday. The game will be broadcast on NBC.
