Justin Ademilola is headed to the NFL.

Ademilola, who had one year of eligibility remaining, announced on Friday morning that he will enter the 2023 NFL Draft.

Here’s that announcement:

“To my coaches and teammates: what an honor it has been to play for Notre Dame and to live out my dream,” he wrote in-part. “Thank you for all you have done to impact my life.”

He will enter the draft in the same cycle as his brother, Jayson. The duo have been a huge part of Notre Dame’s defensive line over the last few seasons.

Ademilola recorded a career-high 39 tackles in 2022. He also added 3.5 tackles for loss and 3 sacks. He finishes his Notre Dame career with 13 tackles for loss and 9.5 sacks.

Notre Dame’s defensive line will look a lot different in 2023. In addition to the Ademilola brothers moving on, Isaiah Foskey and Chris Smith are also headed to the NFL Draft. Players like Howard Cross and Nana Osafo-Mensah have not yet announced their plans. The Irish could look to replenish some of that talent in the transfer portal.

Notre Dame went 9-4 during the 2022 season.
