Notre Dame pick 6 punctuates incredible 1st half vs. Georgia Tech

Notre Dame is dominating after one half of football vs. Georgia Tech.

Brian Kelly’s squad has a 45-0 lead at halftime vs. the Yellow Jackets as they look to improve to 10-1 on the season. A win would give Notre Dame its fifth straight double-digit win season, which has never been done before in program history.

The Fighting Irish got off to a fast start, scoring 24 points in the first quarter. Seven of those points came off an impressive pick 6 from Jack Kiser.

Georgia Tech QB was attempting to throw the ball away to avoid a sack, but it ended up right in Kiser’s grasp. He took care of the rest:

In addition to aiming for another 10-win season, Notre Dame is still in the mix for College Football Playoff consideration.

Notre Dame was at No. 8 coming into this week, and should be poised to move up at least one spot after Michigan State’s blowout loss to Ohio State on Saturday afternoon.

The Fighting Irish finish their regular season next week vs. Stanford.
