Pitt lands in Top 4 for blue-chip 2024 safety from Ohio
One of the top safeties in the Class of 2024 is down to 4 schools.
On Saturday, Cincinnati (Ohio) LaSalle defensive back Koy Beasley revealed his Top 4. It’s a list heavily influenced by the Big Ten, but there’s one ACC representative in the group. Alongside the Pitt Panthers, Beasley is also considering Wisconsin, Purdue, and Rutgers.

The 6-foot, 180-pound Beasley ranks as the No. 7 recruit from the state of Ohio and the No. 17 safety in the class, per the industry-generated 247 Composite. The Composite ranks him as the No. 216 overall prospect in the class.
Beasley has official visits on the books already to 3 of his finalists. He’ll take a visit to Pitt’s campus in early June. He also plans to take visits to Wisconsin and Purdue later in June as well.
As a junior, Beasley recorded 882 all-purpose yards and 40 tackles while playing both ways for LaSalle. He also added 5 pass breakups and an interception. As a sophomore, he had 10 pass breakups and 3 interceptions.
