Virginia has added to its 2024 recruiting class with a commitment from a lineman out of Illinois. Grant Ellinger from Naperville has pledged to play for UVA.
Ellinger announced the big news via his Twitter account:
A Naperville Central High School standout, Ellinger is listed at over 6-4 and 270 pounds. On 247Sports, Ellinger is rated 3-stars, the No. 36 Illinois recruit and No. 119 interior offensive lineman.
Ellinger has picked up 20 scholarship offers during his recruitment. Virginia extended a scholarship offer on April 24.
