Virginia Tech lands in top 6 for talented 4-star SF out of North Carolina

Virginia Tech cracked the top 6 for Class of 2024 small forward Sir Mohammed Monday, joining the likes of Marquette, Stanford, Penn State, Villanova and Oklahoma.

Mohammed stands at 6-foot-6, 200 pounds and plays shooting guard at Myers Park high school in Charlotte, North Carolina.

He announced his top 6 via Twitter Monday:

Mohammed is considered to be the No. 73 prospect in the nation, as well as the No. 20 overall small forward and the No. 9 player from the state of North Carolina.

He later noted that his recruitment is not yet closed, but that the schools list have showed that he is a priority target.
