Pulliam is the 24th prospect in Virginia Tech’s 2022 recruiting class, which ranks No. 19 nationally according to 247Sports Composite rankings. The class is ranked No. 4 in the ACC.
He’s listed at 6-foot-3, 220 pounds. He attends Life Christian Academy in Colonial Heights.
Pulliam is teammates with fellow Va Tech commit D’Andre Martin, who is a 3-star defensive line prospect.
Pulliam has not been evaluated by the major recruiting services. He has reported offers from Arizona State, Duke, Houston and other programs, but does not have a 247Sports Composite ranking.
Prospects in the class of 2022 will be eligible to sign with programs during the Early Signing Period in December.
