Wake Forest baseball is preparing to embark on its road to Omaha, looking to advance to the College World Series for the first time since the 1950s. Already on the heels of a historic season as the nation’s No. 1 overall seed, the Demon Deacons will host the Winston-Salem Regional beginning this Friday.

Anticipation is building ahead of the NCAA Baseball Tournament, and demand for tickets to the regional was at a high level. As of Tuesday morning, Wake Forest announced the full supply of tickets has officially been sold out.

Reserved seating was quick to sell out when the Demon Deacons were confirmed to be a host site, but a limited number of general admission tickets were available. That should set a packed house for the weekend.

2023 NCAA Baseball Tournament schedule

Regional action will be played Friday, June 2 through Monday, June 5. Regional winners will face off in the Super Regionals from Friday, June 9 through Monday, June 12.

The first day of College World Series games from Omaha will be played Friday, June 16. the CWS Finals — a best-of-3 series — will start on Saturday, June 24.
