Scott Van Pelt makes prediction in North Carolina-Pittsburgh game

ESPN’s Scott Van Pelt has unveiled his college football picks for Week 9 and they include the matchup between No. 21 North Carolina and Pittsburgh.

xpects a close contest in the conference clash.
