Florida State basketball fans would like to forget much of the 2022-23 season. The Seminole faithful, though, won’t let rival Miami forget about Saturday’s game for a long time.

Leonard Hamilton’s squad shocked No. 13 UM on Saturday in Coral Gables. It was a 23-point Miami advantage at the half and the Hurricanes extended to a 25-point lead early in the second period (50-25, 19:47). When the clock hit 0s, though, FSU was on top 85-84. It’s the largest comeback in ACC history.

Matthew Cleveland was the hero, hitting a 3-point buzzer-beater.

Clevleand and Dari Green Jr. led the way in scoring for the Noles with 20 points each. The buzzer-beater was Cleveland’s only 3-pointer of the game. Clevleand also had 5 rebounds and a steal over 29 minutes.

The Noles shot 67.7% from the floor during their comeback.
