The No. 4 Clemson Tigers remain in the top 5 of ESPN’s Football Power Index after a 35-12 win over Furman in Week 2.

The only change in the top 5 of the FPI rankings is Georgia moving from No. 2 to No. 3, just one spot above Clemson. Alabama remained in the top spot.

The only other ACC team in the top 25 of the FPI is Miami at No. 17 after falling 8 spots. NC State, Syracuse, Pitt, Wake Forest and Florida State are all in the top 40.

The offense for Clemson has not been highly efficient despite averaging 38 points per game. The Tigers are averaging 5.5 yards per play, which ranks No. 10 in the ACC.

Clemson’s offense accounted for 376 total yards in the win over Furman. They also picked up 22 first downs and was 5-of-10 on third down on conversions.

In the Week 1 win over Georgia Tech, the offense of Clemson accounted for 378 total yards and 22 first downs.
