The Hurricanes are currently ranked No. 20 in the country with an overall record of 15-4 (6-3 in ACC play). Florida State has a sub-.500 record overall at 7-13, but the Seminoles are an impressive 5-4 in ACC action.

Tuesday night’s game is set to tip off at 7 p.m. Eastern time and can be seen on ESPNU.

Over at Underdog, there are ways to get in on the action by making fantasy picks for Tuesday’s Miami-Florida State player over/under stats.

My picks for Miami-Florida State

Miami has the No. 8 offense in the country, according to KenPom’s efficiency metrics. The Seminoles don’t have a great defense, either, so I expect the Hurricanes to score plenty of points.

Leading the charge for Miami’s offense recently has been Jordan Miller. His over/under for points+rebounds+assists is set at 23.5. He’s surpassed that total in his last 2 games and I like him to do it again tonight. Take the “higher” option on Miller’s 23.5 points+rebounds+assists.

On the Florida State side, I think Darin Green Jr. is going to have a big game. He has scored at least 20 points in back-to-back games and his points+rebounds+assists total is set at 21.5. I like the “higher” option for Green.

If Green continues his hot play, though, I think it’ll come at the expense of Caleb Mills. Mills’ over/under for points is set at 14.5. He hasn’t topped that number in his last 3 games. Take the “lower” option on Mills’ 14.5 points.

How many picks should you make?

The more picks you string together, the higher the “multiplier” or payout. Of course, the more you string together, the less likely you are to win because all of the picks have to hit in order for you to win.

A 3-way parlay of the picks I listed above would pay out $60 on a $10 bet:

It should be an intense battle in Tallahassee. Get your bets in before tipoff on Tuesday night!
