Jaeden Zackery exited Boston College’s game against Virginia Tech last week with a leg injury. He played just 7 minutes, though the Eagles prevailed regardless without him, winning 82-76.

Zackery is Boston College’s 3rd leading scorer, behind Quinten Post and Makai Ashton-Langford. He averages 10 points per game for the Eagles, adding 3 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game. He was considered day-to-day after his injury against the Hokies.

Zackery is expected to be right back out on the court Saturday night when Boston College hosts NC State and one of the ACC’s top scorers, Terquavion Smith.

Bar winning the ACC Tournament, Boston College is effectively out of the race for the NCAA Tournament.  Regardless, there’s no doubt the Eagles have been playing better as of late. They’ve won 4 of their last 6, including triumphs over NC State and the top team in conference play at the time, Clemson.

Saturday’s game is set for Noon on ACC Network extra.
