Clemson is doing work on the recruiting trail. Dabo Swinney and Matt Luke are growing the Tigers’ 2025 recruiting class at the offensive line position.

A pair of linemen made their verbal pledges to play for Clemson on Sunday. The first commitment from offensive tackle Brayden Jacobs.

A Buford (Georgia) standout listed at 6-7, 310 pounds, Jacobs is rated 4-stars, the No. 17 offensive tackle, No. 24 Peach State prospect and No. 174 recruit overall on the 247Sports Composite.

Beckley’s commitment announcement came next. Out of Addison (Texas) Trinity Christian Academy, Beckley measures over 6-3 and 300 pounds. He is rated 3-stars, the No. 34 interior offensive lineman, No. 84 Lone Star State recruit and No. 490 prospect overall according to the On3 Industry Ranking.

“This recruiting process has truly been a blessing for me and my family,” Beckley wrote in a note posted on social media. “Only God can open doors of opportunity the way that He has for us, over the past two years. I have so much appreciation for the coaches that have been recruiting me, especially those that took the time and effort to try to build genuine relationships.

“My family and I have been praying about this decision for quite a while, and all signs keep pointing back to one place. Clemson family, I promise to give 110% to this journey with you! All glory to God, it’s a great day to be a Tiger! #AllInForLife”
