Jamison Crowder is being released by the New York Giants to make room for Wan’Dale Robinson returning from the PUP.

The former Duke wide receiver signed with the Giants in March and played in all 3 preseason contests. Crowder had 6 receptions for 67 yards during the preseason.

Crowder appeared in 4 games last season for the Buffalo Bills and tallied 6 receptions or 60 yards.

The 30-year-old Crowder was drafted by Washington in the 4th round of the 2015 NFL Draft after 3 years at Duke. During his pro career that has also included a stint with the New York Jets, Crowder has recorded 415 receptions for 4,667 yards and 28 touchdowns.

While at Duke, Crowder was First-team All-ACC in 2013 and 2014. Crowder compiled 283 receptions for 3,641 yards and 23 touchdowns, while also amassing a program-best 5 punt return touchdowns.
