Notre Dame has made the cut for 4-star receiver Zion Ragins.

On Tuesday, Ragins announced his top 12 programs. The Fighting Irish are joined by several elite programs in the top 12: Florida State, South Carolina, Miami, Penn State, Oklahoma, Georgia, Colorado, Auburn, Tennessee, Cincinnati and Western Kentucky.

Ragins is considered to be an elite receiver in the class of 2024. He’s currently ranked as the No. 69 overall player and the No. 11 wide receiver in the country, per 247Sports Composite rankings.

He attends Jones County High School in Gray, Georgia. Ragins is listed at 5-foot-9, 150 pounds.

Ragins initially received an offer from Notre Dame back in March of 2022. Since then, he’s been offered by programs like Florida State, Miami, Auburn, Michigan State and Colorado.

Notre Dame is off to a great start in the class of 2024. The Irish already have commitments from 8 players. Overall, the group ranks No. 2 nationally according to 247Sports Composite rankings.
