Notre Dame is in the mix to land one of the top linebackers in the country for the class of 2025.

Anthony Sacca, a 4-star linebacker out of Pennsylvania, included Notre Dame amongst his top 5 programs on Thursday. He’s also still considering Alabama, Duke, Ohio State and Wisconsin.

With National Signing Day for 2024 in the rearview mirror, the class of 2025 is starting to come into focus. Sacca is one of the top linebackers in the country for this next class.

He’s currently the No. 173 overall player and the No. 21 linebacker in the nation for the 2025 recruiting cycle, per 247Sports Composite rankings. He’s also the no. 4 player from the state of Pennsylvania.

Sacca attends St. Joseph’s Prep School in Philadelphia. He’s listed at 6-foot-3, 225 pounds. Sacca will have the option of taking an official visit to Notre Dame prior to making his final decision.

Notre Dame is off to an incredible start in the class of 2025. The Fighting Irish currently have the No. 1-ranked class in the country for that cycle, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
