Pitt coach Pat Narduzzi threw his players under the proverbial bus when meeting with reporters on Saturday after the team’s 58-7 loss to Notre Dame.

Narduzzi said he didn’t do a good enough job of replacing the players who left the program after the 2022 campaign.

“We lost a lot of good players last year,” Narduzzi said. “We thought we’d replace them and obviously we didn’t do a good job with that.”
